as mentioned in a previous post, the rear derailleur on the cannondale caad9 was acting up. I decided to drop the bike off at the shop to have them tune it up, as well as swap out the stock red anodized bb30 crank bolts for green ones I picked up off ebay. figured it’d be the final touch to the bike. rode out to freewheel hayes to drop off the bike, and decided to play tourist for a bit. enjoy:
doesn’t this remind you of zlog? I sure thought so:
after wandering around haight, golden gate park, and clement for a couple hours, the bike was ready. I love tying up details:
picked up a green freewheel bottle while I was there. I know right, so hypebeast, ha!
and some graffiti I saw walking down my block to get bananas:
would love to see more art from this guy. I used to take the 38 bus from the richmond district to downtown for school, and saw a huge one of these things on a wall near geary and van ness. text underneath it was “connect a to b”, and there were 2 dots, ‘a’ and ‘b’. simple design and concept. then it got painted over. haven’t seen one of these guys for years.
