cold.

it seems like everyone has been hit with something over the past week, whether it be a cough, sore throat, or cold.  2 nights ago I ended up with a sore throat somehow, but decided to do alpine dam the next day anyway.  might not have been the best decision, but the conditions were absolutely epic.  clear weather, but cold to say the least.  on the backside of mt. tam, it sure felt like ~35 degrees with the wind just blowing from the west.

I thought I had beat out the sore throat, I didn’t feel the irritation anymore.  then last night, it came back in full force.  regardless, I’m going to bundle up and hit alpine dam again today.  probably spin easy, so I can trash my legs tomorrow after work.  then fully rest on friday, since it’ll be raining.
