back to basics, double muir woods. it was foggy and wet at different points of the ride because of the elevation but at least I didn’t catch up to any cars on the descents into muir woods and mill valley. I ate enough gel this time around and felt solid for the majority of the ride. my right knee started acting up on the last climb out, so I eased up the pace. it’s time to get my cleats adjusted, that’s for sure.
someone hollered at me through sausalito, who was it? he was wearing a freewheel kit as well. hope you had a good ride!

Ha that was me Dom! Stoked on this weather. Sounds like you had a great ride, as did we. Some friends from Las Vegas drove up last night and I took them on a chill paradise loop.
