1.5x muir.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever ditched a double muir after already going once around.  my right knee is just annoying me, now.  it’s been tilting inwards, and I’m sure I need to have it adjusted with cleat shims.  I spent the majority of the ride trying to push straight down, but came to the conclusion it just wasn’t going to happen.  the angle my foot makes with the pedal just isn’t working, and now it’s causing a bit of discomfort which could lead to who knows what.

on a lighter note, I saw travis, justin, gabe, jonathan, and some other folks pedaling their way out of sausalito as I was starting my ride.  got a hilarious call from travis afterwards telling me to wake up earlier to ride.  LOL.

there’s a ride tomorrow I want to go to, but if the knee says no, then I’m going to hold back and rest.  so we will see in the morning.
