last time I came this way, I had a pista concept. I miss those days.

also paid a visit to mike and dylan at the mash sf storefront.

mike’s cinelli mash histogram and dylan’s cinelli mash prototype with integralters. cut out of the picture on the upper right are the phil wood mash hubs. and some sweet low flange white track hubs.

seat related things on display. as well as some really dope prints. I might need to come back to peel through them, there are some sweet shots. notice the big poster, an aerial shot of golden gate park. possibly when gabe/mike rented a helicopter to film a section in mash? badass either way.

san francisco’s annual chinese new years parade brought absolutely everyone down to chinatown and downtown. there was also a street fair on grant, starting at columbus:

and without the rain, the roads were dry. well, most of them.

riding fast was a chore, everyone was out and about today. and I saw mission cycles’ picture from this morning, the marin trail was flooded, once again. I sure hope it’s clear in the morning.

what better way to end the year of the ox than by hitting up presidio one last time (from top to bottom, not reverse ‘hill climb’). usually a quick 18 mile ride, I took it easy this time around…it’s going to be a long, vicious week of riding. doing it from top to bottom is quick, usually can be pushed in a little over an hour – no stops. I never take a shot, but today, I felt generous. yea, it’s absolutely horrible. what can I say, iso400 on an LG dare isn’t pretty.
